KX POLICIES
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Clients are required to arrive with their hair clean and free of product prior to their appointment, unless otherwise noted. For best results, hair should be detangled and/or blown out straight. However, this step is NOT REQUIRED. Please DO NOT flat iron your hair prior to your appointment.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment. Due to very limited space, we ask that you not bring ANY additional guests to your appointment. Small children from your same household may be able to accompany you but must remain in the suite (if applicable) or designated area (hallway or waiting area) unless otherwise instructed.
PAYMENTS
We accept debit/credit card payment via Square or Cash
HAIR NOT INCLUDED
For braid and twist styles, hair is NOT included, unless otherwise noted. Hair may be purchased by stylist and added to your total price. Please be sure to note in your booking or contact your us (832-356-0040) if you are wishing to purchase hair from us. If you wish to purchase your own hair, please contact your us for a list of recommended brands and amount to purchase. Please note that Xpression brand hair is NOT ACCEPTED!
CHILDREN
Children being serviced must be no younger than 4 years of age. Parents will be permitted to accomodate children during their appointment.
LATE POLICY
To service all of our clients on time, we ask that you please contact your stylist if you are running a few minutes late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment slot will be forfeited and a 50% late cancellation fee will be assessed.
CANCELLATION
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to properly cancel appointment will result in a 50% late cancellation fee being assessed.
DECLINED PAYMENT NOTICE
If the charge for any penalty fees accrued results in a declined payment, the balance must be paid in full BEFORE any additional appointments may be scheduled.
DISSATISFACTION POLICY
Satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let your stylist know prior to leaving the salon. If you find dissatisfaction due to stylist error within 24 hours of service, please contact us to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue. Requests made after 24 hours of service time will not be granted and a new appointment will need to be booked.
